I've lived at Chantacleer Apartments for almost a year. I love it! Tammy works in the office and is very easy to work with. Can't wait for warmer weather to go swimming. They accept dogs, have a elevator (which helps in moving to an upper floor) and underground parking. The grounds are kept up very well, always look nice. Underground parking is wonderful when it's so cold out! I've only used maintenance once but they came over within 30 mins. Very friendly and polite. I would recommend Chantacleer to anyone.
Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! Clean buildings and grounds, safe neighborhood and close to schools. Management is always so helpful and go above and beyond! Maintenance is top notch, always friendly and fix things quickly! Awesome amenities, pool and dog friendly is always a plus!
I have lived at Chanticleer Residences for almost 18 years now, and my overall experience through 5 property managers during this period of time, has been remarkably good. With the exception of about 5 years of home ownership, I have chosen to live in apartments for the majority of my adult years. My husband and I lived in these apartments for 2 years and we LOVED them! The leasing office is extremely helpful and kind, the maintenance staff is VERY responsive and fixed every issue we had (which weren’t many since the apartments are quality and well maintained.) I will be recommending Chantacleer to everyone who is looking for an apartment complex!
If you're comparing this to other complexes in this price range, you can stop now. Chantacleer offers you by FAR the best value in this class of living on the south end of Lincoln.
