We went to Chan’s Palace for the first time last night and the food was disappointingly inedible. I got the Hawaiian Chicken combo, the fried rice was okay but I’m not even sure what the chicken was, it was overcook and cold and the sauce was coagulated greasy and flavorless, and it was sitting on top of what I think was lettuce. My boyfriend ordered the Cashew Chicken and his was worse. It had no flavor and the sauce was snot-like in texture. The best Chinese of my life. I get the same thing every time I come - it’s consistently amazing. My only complaint is the two weeks they close every summer... which happen to fall on my birthday. So rude. Hahaha.

food was old and dried out... tasted like crap. eggrolls tasted like dirt. fried rice was just plain rice with soy sauce. i wouldnt feed that crap to my pigs....
