I am sorry you were not able to get through to us. With it being a Saturday night we were really busy. Our phone rang non stop from 4 pm to 8:30 pm. We are sorry to hear you would not recommend us cause of this reason. You are more then welcome to call earlier in the day when it's a lot slower and ask for your order to be done at a certain time. Hopefully you'll reconsider and try us again.

Been here many times and order carry out and the food has always been excellent. Don't listen to the 😭 complainers, they dont know what good food is. If you don't like this type of food then don't order it then complain. This is a great small place to eat and order carry out. 💯🍜⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😋💫
Tonight I gave Chan’s another chance, I have been ordering from there for years!! The last time so was disappointed and thought today I’d try again tonight was worse then the other time I was upset. Crab Rangoons burnt, beef and broccoli chewy and horrible! Called and was very upset about their response to my disappointment. They wanted me to bring the food back which I would have gladly if I didn’t live in a different town. got more vegetables then chicken, the the crabmeat ragone hardly had any crabmeat in it. super disappointed.
