Dr. Willoughby and his staff (receptionists, nurses, Kelly his PA, and his surgery scheduler Jason) are just great! For such a busy facility, I am always treated with respect and kindness. I’m made to feel as if I am the only patient in his office!
Dr. Willoughby is very good. He explains everything do that I understand what he's talking about. He's very friendly and professional.
