Disappointed! Service is a major problem!! The menu and food was good, however the poor service overshadows anything positive. We called in the afternoon to confirm our dinner reservation. When we arrived we were told they have no record of our reservation....and it was downhill from there! Hire and train more servers!
Have been going to the Channel Marker since it opened pre Sandy. Never disappointed limited menus but we both had salmon dishes grilled and broiled and both were excellent. We weren’t rushed and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Neil the manager came by a few times to talk and ask how things were. Julie our waitress was great. I’ll be back.
RecommendedVery good food, our first time here. I had the Seafood pot pie which was very tasty. Big shrimp and scallops in a sherry sauce, topped with a pastry crust. My hubby had fried shrimp which where huge, he really enjoyed them and ate every one.
Great service, food and atmosphere... definitely will go back
My friends and I had dinner there this past weekend, We loved it! Had dinner on Lovley deck outside on the water, Delicious meals, and the Hospitality was a plus! I was visiting from New York but will definitely be back! Thankyou for a wonderful experience!
The best clam strips I have ever had.
Food excellent. Service good. Need to work on time management. Dinner Saturday nite went extremely well. Sunday brunch wait for food was over an hour for eggs. Much too long. Hope they work out the kinks.
Had a great experience here tonite. Food and service was excellent. The staff quickly did everything possible to make sure everyone was kept dry and protected as a violent storm passed through as we were dining outdoor on the deck. Special shoutout to Neil the manager for checking in on us numerous times during our celebration dinner.
Liking everything but the constant country music. Please turn the channel.
