DISGUSTING AND UNFAIR TREATMENT TO THOSE WITH DISABILITIES The real truth here is...COCKROACH INFESTED!!! My son and I were tenants here for about 2 months, if that. As persons with a disability, my son and I were denied reasonable accommodations, meaning, the 560 square foot studio did not have one window. The only ventilation would be the front door and the back sliding door which only gives us 43 1/2 inches of open ventilation. The bathroom consists of a dust filled vent. Think Twice This place is bad. The manager is a really mean lady and the people that live here are low lifes. Don't be fooled by the pretty ducks in the courtyard cause that's the only thing nice about this place.
Poor Management & Slappy Floorboards Slappy floorboards and very rude, unethical staff. If you make a complaint you will get a 60 day notice to vacate. They even called the police to say that I was being loud when I was at work to justify the notice. My wife answered the door to let police in to see that no one was here to make noise. We have a 1 year old baby and that's why they are complaining about noise. Everything was fine until the floorboards became loose and we complained. Great Location and Great Apt Manager! Very peaceful apartments. The real deal is that the apartment manager is Teri and she is so efficient and gets all the tenants needs met in a timely fashion. Neighbors are mixed as with any apartments . I stay to myself, I rarely go out the door, but there are always people at any apt that go out of their way to make your life miserable, however , Teri knows fact from fiction and she really is the key here. Current Unhappy Resident Noone here is lying about this crummy place, except for the last review!!!!! This place is discrimanatory, with an old retired attorney who's money hungry and IS A SLUM LORD, hired a plumber to be his "Property Manager" talk about being cheap and Teri "the so call nice manager" is married to Bob the "Property Manager" SO GO FIGURE, your not going to win as a resident and yes you will get kicked out if you create any waves for them, that's the code.
