Absolutely unacceptable treatment of a 90-year-old stroke patient in critical need of care. My family and I are beyond disappointed and heartbroken by the way we were treated by Dr. Isaac Mezo’s office at Morris Hospital in Channahon, specifically by a staff member named Melissa. Drs. are amazing now if they can just get rid of their front office staff who are nothing but rude and nasty! If you hate working with people you are in the wrong line of work!
Had my first visit here yesterday. Although it took a few months to get in as a new patient, I'm happy with the outcome! Everyone was friendly. And I feel like I have the best Dr I've ever had ! Mary Connolly is caring , she listens, doesn't rush you out or brush of your concerns. Her nurse I believe Jen? She was great as well! Very friendly & Helpful
