Absolutely unacceptable treatment of a 90-year-old stroke patient in critical need of care. My family and I are beyond disappointed and heartbroken by the way we were treated by Dr. Isaac Mezo’s office at Morris Hospital in Channahon, specifically by a staff member named Melissa.
