Great doctors, horrible receptionists. They hung up on me twice because they claimed they couldn't hear me, wouldn't even give me a chance to respond, just hung up. Learn some customer service skills otherwise you'll keep losing customers. Me and my family will go someplace else where they treat you like they actually want your business.
