My Brother has used changs for quite some time....my mother was having car trouble and we decided to bring it here! Cannot express how happy I was with speaking to the original owner Sylvester, and then with his son Sheldon! Without boring you with all the details, Sheldon went above and beyond and took the proper time and detail to resolve her issues....I can definitely say the prices are very reasonable and the service is stellar! Very professional, great service. I always have a lot of obstacles when changing my battery, owner preordered it. When I got there took about 30/45 minutes, I got out. THE BEST

Took my car to the Chevy dealer because of a fluid leak (I moved and the dealer was much closer than Chang’s who I had used regularly in the past). The dealer diagnosed the problem and told me that 2 hoses/lines were leaking and quoted me $1200 to fix. They had my car for 9 days and because of an “part ordering mistake” it was never repaired. Told them I needed it for work and made them put it back together. Later I took it to Chang’s for diagnosis and told them what the dealer diagnosed. Turns out the problem was not 2 leak... read more
