I asked about the soup and the server could not tell me what they were or what was in them. I had a cold and just wanted the soup. After not being able to tell me about the food, she walks over to our table and takes the silverware away. I then later went up to pay and inquired about the price range for children. This was a recommendation from coworkers when I came out to help with a new store. I only ate the Cantonese food and desserts. One of the cleanest buffets I've been to in a very long time. They hit two of three personal requirements for a great Cantonese restaurant: Great Eggrolls ✅, Good Sweet & Sour Sauce ✅, Great Fried Rice ❌
I was surprised at the selection and the quality of food. When you frequent buffets you often do not know what you are going to get, but I was happy with the food and prices. The sweet & sour sauce was a little thin, but that was my only one. I will visit again when I am in the area.
went to lunch at hongkong today on the 6 14 17......waited for our bill for over 10 minutes.....got the bill and was charged for dinner.....and we didnt eat any dinner food as it was just getting put out as we are leaving.....they are going down hill ...bad
The crab Rangoon was good. The sweet and sour sauce was as thin as water. The cakes on the desert bar were dry and stale. The staff barely smiled, and kept trying to take our plates when we obviously weren't done. We got there at 3:30 ,and we were charged for a dinner instead of lunch. It be had been six years since we dined there, and it will be more than six when/ if we return.
