I would give it 0 stars if I can. I had an appointment for my 10 year old son and when I got there nobody knew anything about nothing. They couldn't find his name in the system which is weird cuz they never even asked for a last name. I drove 30 minutes to get there and they had the nerve to ask me if I mind coming back on a day that's better for me.
