Sherry has been my therapist for a couple years, and I can say with confidence she is the best therapist I've seen. She's helped me work through a variety of life challenges and transitions using different techniques, including EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her approach is full of patience and validation, while also challenging me to practice the therapeutic techniques outside of session. I would highly recommend Sherry to anyone looking for a therapist!
