Was contacted twice to confirm 10am appointment. I arrived 9:48am, after 90min bus ride to get there. I signed in, woman behind the desk ignored me. Waiting area holds 8 people, there were 6, very small area, heat was on high, and television was blaring cartoons. By 10:30am not a single person acknowledge I was there, so I left. Never again, horrible receptionist and horrible environment for waiting, especially with Covid on the rise.
