These people SUCK, they have not once shown up for a full week(they make you pay in advance though). When you call them out on how they don't show up for your paid days. They'll say "we're going to send someone for a complimentary day". You shouldn't hold your breath waiting on someone though. You may just meet Jesus before you get anything from these absolute charlatans. One of the few times we did get a "nurse" to show up. She dropped my father in law in the restroom.
