Changez__give them a try!! I recently moved to Royal Oak and had tried different salons in the surrounding towns. Changez and Jennifer were recommended by a neighbor and my experiences there have been great! I gave Jennifer the opportunity to cut my hair how she thought it should be cut--- she is a genius!!!! Everyone there is very friendly and they make you feel at home.
Destroyed my hair While the staff is friendly, you ultimately go to a salon for terrific hair. This salon ruined my hair, did not pay attention to what I wanted, demonstrated very little experience in hair care, and refused to try to rectify the damage they had done to my hair. I went in for two consulatations about a perm, showed the hair stylist, Jennifer, various pictures: photos of what I did NOT want my hair to look like and photos of what I DID want my hair to look like.
