Thank you so much to everyone working at the salon this morning. We arrived at Changes thinking we had appointments for 3 Homecoming hair appts and a small snafu revealed my daughter had made appts at a salon with a very alike name but not local. From the start of our debacle, we were treated amazingly and never made to feel uncomfortable. The staff did what the could to fit in 3 girls who were desperate for some good HOCO Hair. Pedicure was awful. Nail tech complained about her migraine the whole 15 mins she did my pedicure. My hair was cut too short and not dyed the color we discussed. had my eyebrows done and asked her 3x if I needed them shaped, she said no, no, no... ended up having to shape them at home. Then my husband was quoted a price on the phone, this was a bday present for me, and we were charged over $50 more. Will never return.
We had a couples massage. Lori and Shawn were amazing! After we were served mimosas and chocolate! Also when we checked out, an employee brought in pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and gave us some. They were delicious! I didnt know the price ahead of time but I was surprised in a good way when I checked out. Great people and service! Planning on making this a habit.
Bill Hursch is beyond amazing! this is my favorite color and cut yet! I honestly always love my hair every time I go but it also gets better every time! he is a color master! I love mermaid colors and Bill nails it every time! thanks for making me beautiful!
Just finished up a girls day for a bridal shower at the Allenberry location! Great for private parties to pamper yourself and your girlfriends. The team was great--very accommodating and welcoming. Scott took care of planning everything for us and took care of everything we needed or asked for.
Super nice place. Everyone is always so friendly when I come in. Bill is the only person I let touch my hair!! I have been following him for years, he’s a hair wizard! 🖤
