Courtney's Ashiatsu Massage was amazing! I felt so great after it! The Insperian Spa was also wonderfully relaxing! Wonderful customer service! This group really knows how to make you feel like a new person!

This salon is one of the best in Central Pa. I have a pretty heavy schedule so a lot of times I can only do short notice appointments and every time so far they made it happen. And believe me there are a lot of salon I had different and rude experience about that. So changes salon and spa is really great! I love there service!!!!

I have been a long time client of Changes and today they have well gone above and beyond to make sure I feel relaxed and pampered! I was greeted at the door by smiling faces, my technician ready to set me up with my services, and the owner brought me a refreshing glass of ice cold fruit infused water!
