This was honestly the worst salon experience I have ever had and I have been getting my hair done since the fifth grade. Not only did I have to return to the salon to have their horrible mistake fixed, they messed my hair up even more the second time around. The staff were extremely rude to me, even forcefully grabbing my cellphone out of my hands when trying to show them what had asked for, two times at this point.
Fatemeh is amazing, she did a wonderful job on my hair. She can do just about anything you ask her to do . She also does eye brow threading, the most talented hair stylist I have ever seen!!!!
Changes salon is one of the best salon I have been to, staff are great and kind . I highly recommended it. They are the best!!

I am 59 years old, I ve had a lot of great and bad hair cuts over the years. This is the worst haircut ever. It wasn't anything like the picture, and when I left I looked like my 83 year old mother-inlaw. Fathima cut my hair...cut is a loose term, more like butchered my hair.
Bonnie Watson is awesome! Perms, cuts, colors, blow dry and roller sets.
