Changes is fantastic. We have multiple family members that go here. Kim even passed my teen boys standards (not easy to do when it comes to his hair). We love everything we have had done here, from a simple kids cut to my daughter's fantasy color and my old lady cover the grays dye job lol. They are friendly, fair priced, and very good at their craft.
I went with my fiancee and child while they got their hair done. Even though I wasn't a customer, I was asked twice if it was too hot up front and also told to help myself to a drink. Very friendly staff.

I am an Asian(mentioning this because I have read a review that indicated this salon is only for Americans). Trust me this place is just amazing. My friend has recommended this place to me and I got my scalp treatment and haircut done(just the perfect amount of length) today.
