I went with my fiancee and child while they got their hair done. Even though I wasn't a customer, I was asked twice if it was too hot up front and also told to help myself to a drink. Very friendly staff.

I am an Asian(mentioning this because I have read a review that indicated this salon is only for Americans). Trust me this place is just amazing. My friend has recommended this place to me and I got my scalp treatment and haircut done(just the perfect amount of length) today. This was my first time going there asked for a simple haircut straight blunt cut Stephen Michael botched my hair is not straight nor did he try to understand i wanted shoulder length I got chin length and it is not even... would not suggest anyone going to this stylist
