I had such an amazing experience!! From the moment I walked in, till the moment I walked out - I had one of the best experiences ever! The Dr & his staff are very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable & courteous. I can't even begin to express how satisfied I am with all aspects of my visit! My only regret is that I wish I'd found CHANGE IWEAR sooner!! Hands down, the best eye appointment I've ever been to!!!
I went in to order a new pair of glasses. I was told that they had to order them since they were out of stock in store and it would take 5-7 business days. I said okay no problem. The frames that I wanted wound up being on back order. Albert offered me two options- I can pick another pair at any price and keep those instead or he would give me a much less costing pair for free to have and wear until my order came in. I choose the free pair which were just as nice as the Gucci ones i originally ordered. I waited about 2 weeks... read more
