Customer service is a priority anywhere you go and Change Iwear has the best! From the excellent staff at the front Niecy and Cathy to Dr. Rosario who takes his time to explain and answer all of my questions. Not forgetting Albert, who goes out of his way to make it a great experience and make the customer happy. I could not be happier with their services!
Recommendedthere was a small chip on my right lens, found time to have it repaired. was told my warranty expired. long story short thanks to Albert he had lens replaced at no cost. I really appreciated because he saw I was disappointed upon finding out my warranty expired. by replacing my lens it shows that the people at CHANGE IWEAR care about pleasing their customers. THAT MAKES GOOD BUSINESS 🙏
Very friendly, clean store, selection from affordable to very expensive. Although my experience was excellent, I still paid too much for my glasses, after charging for lenses, scratch guard, bi-focals, transition lenses, etc. (almost $800.)
