Dr. Chang has never kept me waiting. I was taken in and preexamined by RN and she came in within 10 minutes. Her bedside manner was amazing and careful for my mole check. She took pictures of suspicious moles and scheduled for a 6 months check up to be sure that mole was behaving. (Skin cancer in the family). She’s lovely and her office staff are very kind.
Have to wait for her for 1 hour 30 min and turned out she is not even came to work when the reception told us she is busy with clients. So unprofessional front desk not telling the truth and I am sure the doctor that didn’t even care to show up after 2 hours.
She'll keep you waiting for a very long time, 2 1/2 hours for me. Unless you're getting Botox or lip implants she's not interested. She's a quack, has no idea what she doing.
