Dr. Chang is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and professional. However, our experience with the echo technician was very disappointing. I took my mom in for her echocardiogram, and the technician pressed extremely hard, which caused my mom a lot of discomfort. She also did not communicate well or explain what she was doing, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
Office staff absolutely rude, Completely incompetent. Super nasty. Horrible representation.
