This evil quack should be locked up. Dr. Chang has all of the knowledge in the world and multiple Ivy League degrees, but he's also immoral and self-profiting. I went to Dr. Chang for a routine cleaning, and had two cracked teeth. At the beginning of my appointment, I asked him what should be done, and he said he would take a look. Next thing I know, he's cleaned my teeth and said nothing about the cracks. It is now several months later and I have two aching pains in those cracked teeth.
