Short wait time! very good staff ! Front Desk could work on customer interaction, (smile and make us feel welcome) Doctor great personality straight to the point! Could improve call back time re questions !
Dr. Chang has been my dermatologist for ten years, and during that time, she has provided excellent care.
My overall experience with Dr. Chang's office was excellent. I was seen in a timely fashion. Dr. Chang took care of my concerns, is easy to talk to and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Chang. I've seen her twice and both times were good experiences.
