The only concern was the woman who brought me into room at first was not a good start, very abrupt. When Dr Chang and her nurse came in the were both pleasant and professional. I was impressed how gentle and focussed Dr. Chang was in acquiring very small part of my forehead to do a biopsy. We finished review and Dr. Chang said notify you in a few weeks to let me know outcome of biopsy. Nurse gave me some reminders and checkout sheet. I had a thorough and pleasant review. I recommend Dr. Chang.
Dr. Chang is an outstanding doctor - exceedingly competent, caring, professional, but friendly. I have been going to her for more than 15 years and would not consider going elsewhere.

My visit was in the parameters of my expectations for an efficient, satisfactory and timely office visit. All staff were efficient at their jobs. I would not say they were “friendly”, but that is not something I would “ding” anyone for. They were respectful and did their jobs. Very much appreciated!

The office was professional. Everyone was alert. They saw me at my appointment time. Recognized my area of concern for what it was and treated by freezing. I was out in a few minutes.
I've been seeing Dr chang for years. She is always very pleasant and professional. I never feel rushed and she answers all your questions. I feel very comfortable with her and her staff.
