This is the first time I had my teeth cleaning done by dental hygienist Johanna and she did a fabulous job in her technique and in answering questions. Her professionalism was excellent!
Quick, comfortable cleaning. Excellent explanations. Regina was excellent and I hope I see her for my next cleaning. Dr. Gatti checked things out and gave clear concise explanations and recommendations. Office staff checked my insurance so I know what is covered and expected payments. Thank you for being so organized and still personable and friendly.

Very Professional.....Dr. Shea explained the procedure so I knew what to expect and made sure I was not in pain during the procedure. Written post op instructions were clear. I am now day 2 into recovery and doing well. Two recommendations: 1). Post op call day 1after procedure would be beneficial 2) Emailing antibiotic script into pharmacy would streamline earlier access to the antibiotic rather than a written script handed to patient requiring the patient to have to wait for the script to be filled.

Dr.Gatti and Pam are very nice to me because they know that sometimes I can be nervous about dental procedures. They also work well as a team and were very thorough about the fit and comfort of my new crowns..
Experience was very good
When my dentist retired and I began going to Chang Dental, I was a bit apprehensive. I have had complex dental needs and had felt very comfortable with my former dentist. Recently I had to have some major work done and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Chang and her staff did a wonderful job and I feel more comfortable with my smile than I ever have before.
