I was seen promptly and within my scheduled appointment time. Staff was very friendly and addresses me by name. Dr Song introduced herself as did the assistant. Dr song explained everything she was doing and her findings. It was a very thorough exam. It was my 1st visit and I was extremely pleased.
The most complete dental exam I have ever had. Appreciated the time Dr. Song spent with me explaining what she was doing and suggestions on what I should be doing to improve my dental health. No dentist ever has told me the correct way to brush teeth. Dr. Song not only showed me, but explained why it was the correct way. Office staff very friendly.

LOVE CHANG DENTAL CENTER!. We just recently switched and couldn't be happier. Everyone from the office staff to all the professionals are so nice and courteous!! We couldn't be happier with our new dentists!!!

It is a very good service. The entire staff was very accommodating in spite of the fact that I was late for the appointment due to taxi problems.
Did not know whether every part was cleaned well or not. After finishing when I was out, she came to me and informed that there is a cavity, but did not say the location.
Absolutely wonderful office! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Nothing but good things to say. I would recommend this office to everyone!
