Dr. Chang was great, and I would go to him again if he had another business team, which is what this rating is about. I tried to talk directly to the business/billing department, but was met with confusion and defensiveness, hence this review, so others have a heads up. If you go to Dr. Chang, you need to keep an eye on the financial transactions. Just a few examples from my situation: 1) I made an online payment before surgery.
