I recently changed dentist and couldn't be happier. I was in and out pretty quick and the dentist actually did the cleaning! They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary dental products either. Already booked again for 6 months out.
Horrible service! Called in to check pricing for mouth cleaning, root canal, and crown but the man on a phone missed my question and only answered about the crown. So I asked about root canal and he raised his voice “now you wanna know about root canal?!!” yet when further question came about cleaning, he extremely SCREAMED at me “why didn’t you tell me you wanna know all of this?!! My family have been going here for years. Dr. Chang is knowledgeable and won’t suggest any unnecessary treatment or services. It’s a small office. So schedule your appointment in advance and show up on time.
