Horrible service! Called in to check pricing for mouth cleaning, root canal, and crown but the man on a phone missed my question and only answered about the crown. My family have been going here for years. Dr. Chang is knowledgeable and won’t suggest any unnecessary treatment or services. It’s a small office. So schedule your appointment in advance and show up on time.
I absolutely love Dr. Chang !! I wish nothing but prosperity and happiness on her business!! It is small staff... as in only 3 or 4 people. So be patient with them as they have been nothing but nice and understanding to me. When you call more often than not you will get a voice-mail, but they are very good at returning calls. She advised me against deep cleaning *said some extra cleanings would be sufficient for me* , and has this really cool swift machine that does cleaning with breeze.
