Had an amazing all around experience! I decided on Chaney after the in-home estimate. Rob explained everything about the doors and company that made me want to do business with them. Every interaction with the office staff was A+ customer service. Every time. The installers, Hannah and Carey, were on time, experienced, cleaned up everything, and communicated what was happening (our house threw some monkey wrenches, lol). I purchased a new back door from Chaney. The owner Scott Chaney personally came out and spec’d the door how I wished. Hannah came out and did the install and I can’t be more happy. Hannah was the epitome of a person you’d want in your house. She was professional, personable and did an outstanding job! She answered all my questions and showed that she was very knowledgeable about windows and doors. When it’s time to get new windows, I’m going with Chaney!!!
I first heard about Chaney from a neighborhood couple that had a door replacement by them. I read all the glowing on line reviews and invited a salesperson (Ben) to come and look at my aging patio door. I got estimates from other companies and handymen that ranged from $1200 t0 $8200. The installer arrived on time and took the time to discuss the entire process, including how long it would take. We had a wonderful experience with our window installation from start to finish. The team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to have in our home. The installers were kind, respectful and incredibly clean always making sure to leave the space spotless at the end of each day- they went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly paying close attention to detail and making sure we were happy with the results.
