** NO LONGER LUXURY ** I have lived here since December of 2023. If this review only covered the first 6 months of my lease, it would have been 5 stars. A gated community with beautiful townhomes that is close to where my young children go to school. However, one by one across the term of my lease, they are removing each and every amenity the property offers. The gate broke in April 2024 they now refuse to repair it. Me moving in was a smooth and easy transition, Ms. Tia was very hospitable and very nice. Made the whole process wonderful.
Moving to Chaney Place was the best decision I’ve made thus far when it comes to living. Tia is an awesome property manger and is a very effective communicator. Taylor in maintenance is the absolute best. There has not been one single issue that has been left unresolved. I recommend these townhomes to anyone.
It’s been a great experience living here! The community is peaceful, and Alice has been amazing—always helpful and genuinely caring about all the residents. Highly recommend!
Great, nice, quiet place to live. Alice is sooo nice!! Such a great person that's cares about her tenants!!
