Me moving in was a smooth and easy transition, Ms. Tia was very hospitable and very nice. Made the whole process wonderful.
Moving to Chaney Place was the best decision I’ve made thus far when it comes to living. Tia is an awesome property manger and is a very effective communicator. Taylor in maintenance is the absolute best. There has not been one single issue that has been left unresolved. I recommend these townhomes to anyone.
It’s been a great experience living here! The community is peaceful, and Alice has been amazing—always helpful and genuinely caring about all the residents. Highly recommend!
