There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. These folks are polite, professional and took the time to talk with me. The follow up phone calls have been within the time limits they told me to expect. Additional appointments have been set and I have been advised of them early enough to effect a change if necessary. So far, so good. Glad I choose them.
