I wanted a physical and during the physical they found something then billed my insurance company for what they found instead of what I went in for resulting in a denial of coverage. Their office then denied any mistake. The insurance company also requested a letter from the doctor as to the condition. Their office refused to write a letter. They have been entirely frustrating and unhelpful. Staff is rude on the phone. I do not recommend them to anyone.

The staff is efficient and courteous, but not particularly welcoming. Office staff is always attending files and paperwork, and get to you at the front desk after rather long minutes of waiting. Dr. Chaney is efficient and knowledgeable, never rushes thru an exam and generally willing to listen and discuss health matters. At times he's been quite dismissive of some of my issues, because I'm overweight. I get frustrated that some persistent health issues are not addressed objectively and effectively.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I have moved out of state but am still keeping Dr. Chaney as my doctor.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Dr. Chaney was covering for Dr. Johnston. Dr. Chaney was thorough and concluded that the dx was pneumonia. He was correct per the xray. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
