My family and I have been patients of Dr.Carters for several years I’d say 8 or so. My son had a filling fall out and when I called to schedule an appointment for the repair I was told I would get a call back. The next day I called the office back to see if I could get him in because I still had not heard back from them We were turned away! This is now day 3 of my son having lost his filling and had nerves exposed. This office is not recommended. The billing department has no clear communication or advisory on what's being charged and provided. I am STILL getting bills of things that were never communicated, after requesting clarification AT my appointment and it seems they do not actually accept any insurance, just out of pocket pay. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer care and attentiveness.
Best place in town.
The whole staff: Kind, gentle, efficient.
The entire staff, from scheduling to the front desk and Hygienist to the Dentist, are always excellent. My experience today with Natalie and Tasha was perfect. They were both compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive. This is a first class practice.
