worst experience – I bought a white purse last month and gave them $2800 cash. When I choose LV instead and returned the chanel purse next day, they would not give my money back and told me that they will send the check instead my mail in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to follow up and they said that it takes 3 months to receive the check????? Can you beleive this? This is highway robbery and I will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER CHANEL STORE AGAIN,,,,,
Worst Customer Service Ever! – I live in San Diego, but we do not have a Chanel Boutique. I purchased several Chanel items abroad, but happened to be in the Los Angeles area and stopped in for some earrings. What a nightmare! The staff was just standing around and no one offered to help. No, thank you – Remember the scene in "Pretty Woman" where the snobbish sales people wouldn't let Julia Robert's character shop in their Rodeo Drive store? We weren't scantily clad, wearing thigh-high boots, or doing anything that would belie our genteel Southern roots, but the end result was the same: haughty, disinterested, sales staff. But why? Got better service from the doorman! – I love chanel. I really do. So when I went to the store in BH, I expected to have a chic, life-changing experience. The first time I went was to have a bag repaired. I was greeted very warmly by the doorman. The sales people took a while to assist me. BEAUTIFUL MERCHANDISE BAD Customer Service – As soon as I walked in ALL EYES ON ME. The people werent very nice. They were snotty and I felt as though they didnt want to help me w/ what I was looking for. I was ready to buy something but decided not to. When I went back a second time they were a bit nicer (but I think it was because was carryings bags of saks, tiffany's, and valentino) I bought something but as soon as came back the next day to return it the politeness was gone. The employees swear they own the store.
Chanel ROCKS! – From glossy rhinestone-encrusted aviator shades to sleek patent pumps, this place has it all. I was very impressed with the selection as well as the service here. I did not feel pressured to buy anything, and the sales staff was helpful. I ended up getting some shades that I have been very happy with. Go during the weekdays for optimum service and little to no toruists.
