I’ll start by saying gave it two stars for the simple reason they refunded me without any hassle. But I woulda rather paid double for a haircut then have to get refunded for a bad haircut and a bad experience. Figured a picture would be enough to show the barber how i wanted it but needless to say it wasn’t. 1 of many problems is having to explain how to cut hair 5 times and then him cutting one section at a time and asking if that was good.
