This cardiologist office is for money only definitely, rather for patients. The doctor himself should be responsible of how his biller bills patients. They are trying to bill you much higher than insurance company actually legitimately allowed. They divided tests into separate visit while insurance confirmed that there should be only one co-pay. They are trying to get you more visit, so that they could impose those fees into patient which contracted insurance company doesn't legitimately allowed
