Heather has always been amazing. Dave is awesome! If I had any issues they did whatever they could to make it right. Rent was always affordable and I could have my dog and cat too. Only reason it's not a 5 is because everything was old. If you need a reasonably priced 2 or 3 bedroom this is a great spot. I was there for 6 years before buying a home
Horrible tenants and management does not take care of the problems.
I would not consider renting an apartment here. There is a tarped community along its back fence where drugs are being made, according to witnesses. You can see it from the road, right when you drive into the place. Not good for your health or safety. Let alone, the police here are not very active. Property crime is not enforced in this area. Sad.
