Staff can be rude and dismissive. Have been a fan for 30 years but was treated with such disrespect by staff twice this year with great 60 year friends that we all said we would never go back. All four of us used to say the best things about Chandlers, continued after the first offensive encounter, but when we treated dismissively again, we were done. Honestly, we are fun, happy, respectful women. Just trying to enjoy an appetizer and a glass of wine. We were welcomed with open arms at The Palette Bistro. Sad

We love Chandler’s for brunch! It’s the perfect way to end one week and get ready for the next! Love the featured wines on Sunday! We miss the salami straws in the bloody Mary’s! Love love love it!
I am utterly disgusted with how this restaurant handles anything. After receiving a confirmation for our reservation and having the hostess confirm our reservation, we were told there was no reservation. Even with the confirmation of our reservation, even though the hostess told us our reservation was confirmed, the restaurant is less than 25% full during their daily happy hour, we were told by the same hostess that our reservation actually doesn’t exist and that they didn’t have an opening until 9:30pm.
