I can not say enough kind words regarding the care given to not only our father during his final days, but also the care provided to us! The doctors, nurses and support staff were nothing but amazing, thoughtful, caring and understanding! A special heart felt shout out to Dillon ICU nurse for "getting" us and our humor, we will carry his kindness in our heart for years to come, this man deserves an award of sort! For the most part I have not received good care. I was once admitted. The floor I was on had only very young junior nurses who did not know what they were doing. I had a stroke and it Was hard for me to urinate on my own without a catheter. I had been using a catheter at home. I told these nurses and th aide that my bladder was full and I needed a catheter. BE PREPARED FOR A MEDICAL BILLING NIGHTMARE I don’t normally post negative reviews, but this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with medical billing—and it’s still not resolved. I gave birth at Chandler Regional in late 2024. The nurses and staff were absolutely wonderful—caring, professional, and attentive. They deserve every bit of praise and a raise for the work they do.
