Although every test was thorough I feel that there is not enough sharing of information on the patient between employees. No matter how many times I told them my meds, they got it wrong. Plus when doctors made changes, they did not share why with the nurses. Then an unnecessary step needed to be taken to find out since I want to know what is being done to my body. Other than that I appreciated the care I was given.
After 4 rescheduled appts at Simon Med due to various errors by cigna evernorth, NP, and my cardiologist, Chandler Regional was able to complete my CTA Coronary w/FFR thanks to Chandler Regionals excellent staff. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. Thank you.
The way that hospital makes you feel like you’re cattle and just a number is sad. When you’re in pain and not feeling well no one wants to go from the waiting area to a room taken from the room to another waiting room habe your blood drawn in front of other people and back to the waiting area and then to imaging.
