If Miriam is handling your case, cancel immediately. We submitted all required documents for our rental application. However, she failed to review them properly and, a week later, gave the RENT to another applicant, claiming they were “ready” sooner. The next day, she admitted over the phone that she had not actually checked our documents correctly. Chandler Property Management was great when I was looking for a new apartment up in SF. Their team was kind and very willing to work with my situation. They always responded in a timely manner and were very helpful throughout the whole process, both finding the apartment and moving out. If given the opportunity I would rent with them again!
