I really appreciated Piera's (and the company in general) communication, professionalism and responsiveness. I would absolutely rent from Chandler again.
Chandler Properties bought the building I live in less than a year ago. Since that time, they have made major, structural improvement such as repairing the roof, upgrading the electrical system and repainting all the common areas. Our manager, Jennifer Ng, is very responsive to any concerns or issues regarding maintenance and upgrades needed in my unit. They have gone beyond my expectations of what a building manager should be.
They provide excellent service and experience. Recommend it!
I never had any issues with the property management, Joel is very nice and courteous. I dont mind coming back. Its near my work and safe. Thank you.
