I love my apartment here at Bluegrass Villas. I have been here 3.5 years. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my refrigerator and Whitney came right away to check it out. She ordered a part and when it came she got it working. I so enjoyed talking with her and she is always ready to help at any time.
nice apartments. but gives you no place to park unless you pay extra. my washer has been broke ever since we moved in. and they won’t do anything about it. i have to park at the next apartment building and walk to mine because they give me no where to park. the office can never answer there phones. i definitely will NOT be renewing. very disappointing. it was a mess when we was moving in they didn’t have the right apartment that we chose. they did not clean it whatsoever there was dirty hand prints all over the walls. dirt a... read more

Best place I’ve ever rented from. Highly recommend. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. The apartments are very nice and high quality.
Michelle and Dylan were wonderful to deal with during the application process - very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. My calls were answered each time I called the office, and I never had to leave a message for someone to get back to me. Extremely friendly and courteous staff.
