Working with Dylan Diaz was such a pleasure, Being a first time renter was a little nerve racking to say the least. But Dylan was easy to meet with and took all the time I needed to show several apartments on site and address any concerns I had. I made several more calls before deciding to make Bluegrass Villas my new residence, Dylan was always very knowledgeable and a super chill guy. Bluegrass villas is a really nice place to stay in a good area of town. Dylan Diaz helped out a lot in getting everything situated during the application and move in process.
