It had been a very long time since we had to rent something but when we found ourselves needing to we signed a lease at BGV. Our choice of BGV was in large part because of the staff. While the apartments ARE nice, it was important for us that they were well run. Brandi, Whitney, Dylan and the whole maintenance crew have always been extremely professional and welcoming. Bluegrass Villas is a quiet, safe, and respectful community with wonderful amenities and luxury apartments. Leasing, move in, and maintenance requests are handled efficiently by staff especially Dylan Diaz.
