Maintenance, Alex, was a great help to me he was prompt and his work was excellent.
From the outside they seem nice but they are SLUM lords. Upon my family members moving in it was GROSS! They didn’t clean or bother to paint. There was tons damage from animals. The Hardwood floors were even damaged (which you pay extra for an apartment with hardwood) They didn’t even bother to wash the walls. You HAVE TO use the OLD, USED, barely working, washer and dryers from 2011. You can’t open your dishwasher with out it damaging the oven bc it wasn’t measured properly or put in the proper place. Such an incredible place! Everything about Bluegrass Villas shouts excellence. You are met with an awesome community, a staff who is intentional, and perks you can't beat. Easily one of the best places to live in Owensboro!
Not very nice or clean. Units feel very lived in.
Great experience! Moved from out of state and they made everything very easy for us. Everyone is hospitable and genuine. The property is beautiful and lots of amenities to include a car wash! Would recommend renting here.
