Mark and I have lived in dream Owensboro for 9 years. We love taking our grandkids to swim in the pool. It is 3ft to 5ft which is perfect for little ones and getting exercise. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff always come to our condo when we need their help, quickly
*Personnel Review* The employees here are like family. Both office staff and maintenance will go above and beyond. Any maintenance request I've made have all been completed that day. Daily trips to the mailbox wouldn't be the same if my 6 year old didn't stop off and visit the ladies in the office.
Since I have been here. Dylan has been extremely helpful and getting me anything I need and always greet me with a smiling face. He is just a kind soul always willing to help. He is a great asset to this facility. if we had more people like Dylan, the world would be a much better place.
