Not very nice or clean. Units feel very lived in.
Great experience! Moved from out of state and they made everything very easy for us. Everyone is hospitable and genuine. The property is beautiful and lots of amenities to include a car wash! Would recommend renting here.
Amazing! I just moved in in May and I absolutely love it. Michelle is wonderful and has helped me and answered all my silly questions. The pool party that was put on was so impressive!!!! I was shocked at all the work the staff put in to this for the residents. I love the clubs that are put together by the staff as well. The dog park is a huge plus as well! It’s like our own little community in a resort! Love it, very impressed.
I love my apartment here at Bluegrass Villas. I have been here 3.5 years. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my refrigerator and Whitney came right away to check it out. She ordered a part and when it came she got it working. I so enjoyed talking with her and she is always ready to help at any time.
