These apartments are awful! The floors have gaps in them, we had trouble with the shower and bathroom sink dripping. They do everything as cheap as possible so it’s all half assed. There is no central air. They are not worth the price. The worst part is these apartments are German roach infested!!! They don’t let the exterminator come out enough to get rid of them. Roach infested unit... Dirty hallways... Missing screens on windows, leaky refrigerator...place is too small... At 950?? More like 500..
This was a great and affordable option for me . Our condo in was very clean , freshly painted and with brand new carpet . Shante & Mary at management company are kind and friendly and easy to work with !
