Roach infested unit... Dirty hallways... Missing screens on windows, leaky refrigerator...place is too small... At 950?? More like 500..
This was a great and affordable option for me . Our condo in was very clean , freshly painted and with brand new carpet . Shante & Mary at management company are kind and friendly and easy to work with !
My daughter just moved here, and I don't like the place for her. It's not safe (there was a kidnapping the first few days she was here, right in front of her place), they are too small, she has no hot water in the bathroom to shower, it's very hot in there. This place was found in a hurry with no other options at the moment. I can see why students come here to live. It's only bcz they are somewhat affordable, but that's really about all it's got going for them. Be safe
I'm sorry. I had to post an updated review for this place. The old landlord wanted me to live a positive review. But now since I left, I can leave the real review. The place is the WORST! Apartment is too small for this day and age. Barely get any help. Multiple landlords came in and out. The city needs to demolish it and put in a new complex for the modern age. 700 dollars for a one bedroom that was built in the 1960's? No thanks! Do not move there. Do not waste your time!!!!
