My husband and I have been trying to get his referral sent over for the neurosurgeon from Dr.khan and it has taken a week and a half and I still have not gotten a response on whether it has been sent or not. The office honestly has no sense of urgency or even considered the importance of their patients. Dr. Khan is A excellent neurologist. Had a phone appointment.,He ordered bloodwork and said they would send to me . Plus fax it in but Sonora Quest said nothing received, A referral to a neuromuscular Doctor but Honor health called they do not have a neuromuscular Doctor. And my IVIG pharmacy is beyond frustrated they are waiting on a fax to push my treatments back , Front office said they faxed but IV solutions has not received anything. It’s like cat and mouse with this office, How hard is it to sign and fax something.,

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with The office staff. I call they put me on hold for so long then can’t remember who they are talking to. Say they fax stuff and I call to always check . The other offices don’t get them . I call and leave four messages they get upset because I call . I have an autoimmune issue that requires IVIG and Doctor cancels my treatment. I need my treatment so I don’t decline. My other Doctors are concerned.

Today, January 6th, is my day to return the equipment from my test, I was told today between 9 and 10 am. I was in front of the office at 9:10 am, but it turned out to be locked and it was impossible for me to get in, I pressed the button on the door to let them know that there was someone outside, but no one came to open it, I waited until 10:10 am and called the phone, left a message and went home. I called about 5-6 times to let them know that I was there, but only the answer machine answered.,and until now nobody called ... read more

I am so disgusted with this office. After my first visit around October, five referrals to Simon med and barrow neurology we’re supposed to be sent out. I spent over three weeks asking for these to be sent out before they were completed. My third call was to Dr. Khan Who promised to get them done and nothing happened. My scans came back with three positive and alarming markers that require further examination.
