I rarely write negative reviews either, but this office has the most unfriendly staff and inefficient office I have been to in a long time. 90% of the time when you call you get a VM and nobody calls back. The Dr says he wants a test but then does not send in the order. I have to keep following up and get the same answer each time, they will send it to the Dr. it has been over 3 months since my initial visit and still don’t have any answers. I would never recommend anyone here or go back to this office for any future needs.
Great experience, out of principle I needed access to medication, prescription or sample. Dr. Kahn was great, but my needs were not successful. I am limited medically.
