If i could give a negative bazillion stars i would. Painfully the worst company in arizona by a very long way. SRP looks like a proactive customer sensitive company compared to these troglodytes. If possible avoid like ebola.
This is the most shady company I have ever dealt with. Not only do they charge sky high prices for water but the office staff is rude and inconsiderate. They also let water overflow from the pipes running down the roads. I think that's why they charge so much honestly. They need to revamp the whole company.
Non profit water provider. Great people, small town atmosphere. Excellent customer service
