The guy behind the front desk literally blasts heavy metal into the waiting room. How on earth the doctor there is OK with this blows my mind. It is the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen in a doctors office waiting room.
Was an off day. Didn’t feel the warm welcoming and harmony I normally feel. Dr Belitsky is very efficient and met all my concerns. Im very grateful her but it felt like there was something off with the staff.
I like the doctor, she listens pretty well and went over all of my results well. My issue is that this office is poorly ran and wait times are ridiculous. Two hours of waiting for maybe 10-15 minute appointment. This has happened both occasions I have come. Also, whoever handles the scheduling could be a lot more friendly, nasty attitude the entire visit.
All the staff was courteous and helpful and made you feel comfortable while being there
