I lived at Chandler Apartments for one year. Overall, the experience was good — maintenance was responsive and living there was fine. However, I want to let future residents know that you will not get your security deposit back. They keep it for cleaning purposes, even if you leave the apartment spotless like I did. Maybe they mentioned it at the start, and I missed it, but it still felt frustrating and unfair at the end to lost $500 security deposit for no apparent reason. Been living here for 12 years and I have been happy with Gemma because she understands the customers and treat us nice. She’s loyal to the customers.
I’m doing really well here at Chandler, and I have to give a lot of credit to Gemma in the leasing office. She made my move to Vegas and the leasing process so smooth and stress-free. From the start, she was quick to respond to every question, clear in her communication, and completely reliable. What really stands out is how genuine and caring she is — she truly looks out for the residents and goes out of her way to help. Thank you Gemma for making me feel welcomed and supported during such an important transition.

Although there are a lot of issues with this complex, the maintenance staff, lead by Anthony are absolutely amazing and address issues very quickly.
