I lived at Chandler Apartments for one year. Overall, the experience was good — maintenance was responsive and living there was fine. However, I want to let future residents know that you will not get your security deposit back. They keep it for cleaning purposes, even if you leave the apartment spotless like I did. Maybe they mentioned it at the start, and I missed it, but it still felt frustrating and unfair at the end to lost $500 security deposit for no apparent reason.
