I’ve lived at Chandana for 4 years and just resigned my lease for a 5th. The apartments are spacious and a good price for the Valpo area. If there are any issues, maintenance usually comes the next day to fix it, sometimes they come the same day. The leasing office staff are super friendly and quick to answer questions, and my neighbors are also all super nice. I’m happy I chose Chandana :)
So far so good. Got deposit put down on an apartment. Like the location & have a garage till I can move in! Agents have been very nice & accommodating! Edit: Lived here for a couple years. Great place, great location! I highly recommend and I would live here again if circumstances were to change. Great staff! Great neighbors! Great community!
Couldn't be happier with the ease of the process. I placed an employee here, who was happy with the location and the apartment. Stayed for about two years, until his house was built.
Why don’t they ever have any 1 bedroom apartments available!??? I’ve been interested in this place for 3 years now and they always have a never ending waitlist.
