Just had my 1st experience w/Chancey’s Heating & Cooling this morning. It was FANTASTIC, TERRIFIC & AMAZING! To say I am impressed w/the service I received & the job that was done is an understatement. I woke up this morning to a broken a.c. I checked my call log on my phone, from the time I called Chancey’s and spoke to Brandi about the issue, to the time that the service tech arrived at my home was 1 hour & 21 minutes. Poor instillation and service.
Chancey Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new central heat and ac unit due to the old unit not working any more> being a disabled veteran the company worked with me on the financing the unit. The crew replacing the unit showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to install the new unit. The crew was polite and professional. Chancey’s Air Conditioning did an outstanding job with my mini split installation. It wasn’t a simple setup — we had multiple rooms and a tricky layout — but their team handled everything with skill and attention to detail.
